More Investors Bypass ‘Flipping’ for Renting

As I show homes to my buyers,  there is a common theme: finished & unfinished projects all over the city, many foreclosed. Homes in some of the hottest areas as of a few years ago are not flipping. Sold one recently at a great price but it was not the profit the investor had in mind.
